March 16, 2020

I wanted to send out an update from my practice, addressing the current situation of COVID-19.  Face to face psychotherapy has always been my preference for my work. I have been providing psychotherapy for the past 25 years.  As stressors go up, our need to take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually are necessary. I am committed to bringing you quality psychotherapy.  I will continue to provide in-person psychotherapy within the guidelines of health care organizations.

I understand the challenges that everyone will face with the recommended “social distancing” practices and other strategies to minimizing risk factors in exposure of this virus.   If you feel ill, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.  Please call, text, or email me if you need to cancel or reschedule.  I will temporarily be waiving all late cancelation fees.  I will also do the same if I become ill.

I am also offering virtual sessions for those of you who may want this option. If you feel that this is the better option for you, please call, text, or email me and we can get this set up.  You can participate in a live face to face session via your phone or computer.

As we continue to get more information together, I will stay committed to flexibility in working with you. I truly feel blessed to be a part of your lives and want the very best care for you.  Please reach out to me with any concerns you may have.

Sincerely,
